some body theft my cell phone, in Jalahalli Cross, Bangalore
while i was traveling in bts bus, it was a new cell i bought it in
the month of July only, And i given police complaint they gave only
the acknowledgment, i asked them many times also they didn't put FIR
Because they told that for 5000 they couldn't given if it is above
15000 only they given according to police department rules, afterwords
i sent the complaint details and claim form with bill to your
responsible person Jayant das , W & IA services, Dwarka New Delhi

also i didn't get my insurance amount back , so i kindly request you
to grant my insurance amount,
