    Angry IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance complaint ( Theft Departnment)

    Sir/ Madam

    My bike Pulsur 150 CC was stolen dated 20.06.10. My bike number is DL7S - BJ 1552. My Policy number is 71556994.
    After the submission of full document as per the requirment of the company polices. I didn't recived my cheque. Even they refuse to hand over the cheque directly to me dated 02.12.10 . Even i have a written confirmation from Anurag ( Branch : FAI Building , Qutub Industrial Area, Delhi ) that the cheque would be dispatched on 02.12.10 by courier by End of Day and amount would be credited on to my account in next 5 days at Max. Even after 10 days the amount is not credited to my account. Inbetween also had a word with Anurag and he confirmed that the chq was dispacted on 02.12.10 only and when i asked for the courier number he denied to provide the same.

    Today in the morning recived call from Nischala from number 01145787384 @ 03:03 PM and as per her she don't have any update for the chq whether it was dispatch or not. She informed me that The guy Anurag is out of India( in U.K) and all the document is in his Locker and they don't have any duplicate key for the same to cross check the file .It almost more than 6 months now and you can understand how dificult for the working Guy to travel from office to home at Odd hours( Night 11:30 PM). Am facing lot of problem and I am very frustrated for this. If you have any suggestion or solution please let me know.

    Default Theft of my hyundai verna car...regd no. is DL 4C AJ 2084 on 25-apr-2010

    Sir/ Madam

    My hyundai verna was stolen dated 26.04.10. My car number is DL4D - AJ 2084. My Policy number iS 42598496.
    After the submission of full document as per the requirment of the company polices. I didn't get my claim settled till today.Even i am not getting any satisfactory answere from department in this regard.

    Today in the afternoon i just call there manager(Mr. Pradhan) on 01145787305 to get update status of my claim, they misbehaved a lot with me n disconnects my call.It almost more than 1 year now and you can understand how dificult for the working Guy to travel from office to home. Am facing lot of problem and I am very frustrated for this. If you have any suggestion or solution please let me know.

    Sir, the theft claim of my vehicle HR02-G-3645, CLAIM NO- 31901145, Wide policy no- 72118809, has not been cleared yet, as i have provided all the documents to you, Sir ur company took a lot time giving the payment of my theft claim and i have not yet received any cheque, and no satisfactory anwer has been provided by u to me, sir a lot time has passed pls try to deliver me my amount as soon as possible. thankyou
