    Default Bajaj Allianz General Insurance

    Hello,

    I had an accident with and auto rickshaw in Mulund and he admitted to his fault. I was driving my Bajaj bike. Instead of beating the poor guy up, I asked for his 3rd party insurance and he after a lot of pursuation provided a copy.

    I lodged a complaint with Bajaj Allianze General Insurance, from whom the auto-wallah (or auto-owner) had bought the 3rd party insurance. While registering the claim I had given all the details and specifically streed that I wanted to claim for 3rd party insurance.

    The claim was registered and I was given a claim number and was told that our team would get in touch with you in 24 hours. However, I had to follow-up with them 3-4 times before I got to correct person. And to my surprise, I learnt that I have to register a case in court to be able to claim under 3rd party insurance.

    I have been to other countries and have seen that all you need to claim is the insurance number and at the most survey of your vehicle. Please let me know if this is a requirement in our country.

    Also, even in that case, let me know if I can file a complaint agains Bajaj Allianze for harrassment and trouble caused for two days because they did not give correct information in the first place.

    Question Not accepting to reniew my two wheeler insurence

    Hello,

    I insured my bike in Bajaj Allianz on 04.Dec.2007 and renewed the same on 04.Dec.2008. My insurance Policy no is: OD-09-1801-1802-00035172.

    I met accident 3 -4 months back and i claimed for the insurance and succefully got the benfit from Bajaj Allienz.

    Now i approached Bajaj Alienz to renew my insurance polacy, but they denied to reniew the polacy and no body is responded properly.

    I was even approched through phone by quoting my policy number, but they didnt given me proper responce, one executive said its not possible to renew the polacy as i was claimed once. Is there any rules of not renew the Insurance policy.

    Even they are not giving any information in a written form, my policy expairy date is on 04.Dec.2009 and i need to reniew the same on or before 03.Dec.2009, other insurance agencies may also do the same, what is the solution for this, please sujest me.

    Can i approch the RTA for resolving this Problem.

    Unhappy Policy Renewal Bugs in Bajaj Allianze website and Pathetic Service from Bajaj Allianz

    Hi All @ Bajaj Allianz,

    This is with reference to renewal of my car insurance policy. I renewed my policy (OG-10-1101-1801-00015267) online through Bajaj Allianz policy website on 10th Oct, 2010.

    On the Bajaj Allianz the Payment gateway successfully completed the transaction but the page gave error when it was suppose to return on Bajaj Allianz site from the payment gateway site. Luckily, I took the snapshot of successful payment before the page crashed. Please find enclosed see the attached snapshot (Successful Payment Reference No - 167539).

    On your suggestion I did talked to Barclay bank today and they have confirmed that the transaction have successfully gone through and the merchant (Bajaj Allianz) have claimed the money from my credit card account. The reference number given by the Barclay bank is - 057058.

    In addition, just after payment, I received a message (SMS) from Bajaj Allianz on my mobile no (9873461414) that the payment is successful and have mentioned Transaction ID (1831562) and Receipt No - 110100473661. Now, I am getting to know from you that my policy is not renewed. I am totally disappointed and surprised with this kind of service Bajaj Allianz. My policy is going to expire on 14th Oct, 2010 and I need concrete answer from Bajaj Allianz on this matter ASAP. Please send me the status on policy renewal document too as your pathetic website does not even has the flexibility to download the renewed policy document online.

    Please let me know by today itself on the transaction details. I must tell you I have done policy renewals for my another car through ICICI Lombard and I have never faced such issue at any time for last several years. This is really pathetic service from Bajaj. Please let me the status ASAP to enable me to take the decision to continue to use Bajaj for my policy requirement or change the vendor. In any case, Bajaj has already claimed amount from my credit card account and still you are saying they have not received the money. This actually amounts to fraud.

    Today mor i have renewed my two wheller insurence whith the policy no "OG-11-1004-1802-00001551" i had made the payment and the ammount of 852 was also reduced from my hdfc bank account(as i have recived the conformation msg states an ammount of 852 was reduced for bajaj alianz insurence) but after compliting the total process at step 4 where i have to enter the my address detailes i have entered and clicked on next.i got msg page erros i.e 505 internal error frm u r side. i got my ref id :398028.

    as my old insurence ends from tommaro mid ni8 pls send me the soft copy of my new insurence.

    m really surprised with your system, more than 1 month has passed for which I've made payment but in your system it is not reflected neither I have received my policy document & I have been receiving call from your office for non payment of my premium for which below is the details & attaching scan copy of receipt which I have received from your office through email.
