I am Mohan Raj from Bangalore, i purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music Handset from Universal Store (Bangalore) on 12.11.2009 and additional I paid Rs 450.00 extra for Theft/ Lost Mobile insurance, and in the date 0f 23rd April 2010, i mobile has been theft in my office and i have complaint for tracing though IMEI number and i waited till 28.09.2010 it was not traceable so i collected all the form, Non Traceable Certificate, Claim Form, Form 76A, Sim Replacement form and along with Police Complaint i have send all original copy ALEgION Insurance Service for insurance. but still now i have not got call are any confirmation from there end.

i am trying to contact, the no which they have given it is switch off.

just help me what i need to do in this.
