Dear sir,
i am arun kumar pillai from mumbai,i am a custmer of Tata Aig from 2009, in june i take one more policy from Tata aig for home insurance. Before i taking this policy their executive say that this policy is a free policy for the existing custmers. so i give the approval. but after three days only i get the idea that The home insurance policy is not free and they are started dedacting the ammound from my account.so i made the compleant for cancalation of that policy on june26. My compleant number is 886940561 & i didn`t get any policy document also. After so many call to their custmer care and mail i got the one mail that saying that my policy has benn canceld and refunding is in process. i got this mail on 16july. After i contact to their custmer care about refunding ammound they said that refund is in process & you will get the amound through check. Nothing was happened & still the policy amount is dedacting from my account on every month 13.
Now four month is over i did`t get the resolution for my problem & did`t get the refount amount 7 still the amount is dedacting from my account. If i tray to contact the custmer care they are saying that they are not having any updated details about my compliant & if they get any updation they will contact me. still my problem is not solved . i totaly frastured with the Tata Aig & its Services.Please Do the Needful for me for to solve this problem.
