Hi,

I have lost my NOKIA N97 MINI mobile on 1st May 2010 in a road accident. I filed a police complaint and sent all the required documents to ALEgION Insurance Broking Limited. They also confirmed me that the documents were recieved and sent to Oriental Insurance Company Limited for further process. When I called them in the month of may they informed me that it will take 40 -60 working days for processing. Later they said they required first aid certificate in the june. I have sent the first aid certificate also. Again when i enquired in july they are telling the same that it will take another 40 - 60 working days to process. They are not replying for my mails. Could please advice me on this?
