I have bought "Kotak Super Advantage" Policy through a Agent by telephony Talk on 1-5-2010.
Agent tell his name is "Aditya Aggarwal, M.: 9911983779". He promised if I bought this policy immidiately then copmany gives me "Star Health Insurance" Cash less Health Insurance Card of Rs. 2 Lacs for 5 Person of Family till all Life If I hold Some Amount of Policy.
He also say we cover 3 Lacs Life Insurance also. When I received Policy & I call back to Mr. Aditya, he say I forward your request & you will be
get cash less card with in a week. After 1 month, again call that number. Call Receiving person say, Mr. Aditya Aggarwal transfer to chandigarh branch. He say don't worry I forward your request again. After some Time I call again and again, but I have not received Card.

After 1 Week before I call this number, Call attending person say this is wrong nomber. Then, I contact "Kotak Life insurace Co." they tell yourPolicy sold out through Ambadeep Branch, New Delhi. And Ambadeep Branch say yout policy sold out through Faridabd Branch
"Vighneshwar Direct Ins. Br. Pvt. Ltd.". Then I contact Mr. Amt of Faridabad Branch. Mr. Amit say your policy sold out through Ambadeep Branch.

So, nobody take any responsibility.
