This is to inform you that on 20th May 2010, I registered a request to claim an amount of Rs 5084 against a damage of my car's front mirror to Reliance General Insurance.

As per the company's policy, once the cheque has been generated then it should be received within 7 working days. However, we did not receive it till 2nd June . Therefore, we registered a complaint on 3rd June 2010 with the no.: 1223768. Afterwards, no action, no call, no mail has been received for an update. I called couple of times to the customer care dept. but with no luck. It's been more than 20 days and I haven't received my claim cheque and no reply from them. Whenever, I call customer care dept., they keep on sending updates to the finance department as a follow up on the same complaint number.
I would request you o please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
