Hi All,
I have applied for Savings policy in Bajaj.The person who came to may house to explain about the product promised me that they will call me before deposit me cheque.I gave post dated cheque & its got bounced as they didn't called me.I planed to cancel the policy but now they threatening that they will update my name in CIBILL. I don't know what to do.
Pls Help me....,
I spoke to the ASM of Bajaj & he is not understanding my point always repeating that he will update my name in SIBILL or i need complete my policy duration which is 3yrs.

I had paid all my dues on SCB Credit Card and I have also received a NOC and ZEROED account. Despite, the fact my name still appearing in CIBIL. Could you please guide me what I need to do to get removed my name from CIBIL and improve by CIBIL score??
