Dear sir,
I had taken a reliance care policy (online) on 27th april for my wife who is travelling on 2.05.2010 morning 02.35 to canada i had waited till 1st morning to receipt of the policy the has not been processed till then i had chasen UP regularly up with their branch at vikas marg delhi they said its under process,net is not working lastly they said we cannot help you out because you had taken it through online.i have to call customer care unit for any regarding the policy when i told to cancel the policy to reliance customer care unit they said that we are sending message for cancilation of policy me FROM OUR SIDE YOU ALSO SEND A MESSAGE, THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS they didn't give any request no.also they told that u'll get ref.no.through reply mail.but till date neither i got any reply nor the money.
Whenever i called up the executives said the request is under process. On 15 th of this month when i enquired about the status i got an answer that your request has not at all put up.we aredoing u'll get reply within 48 hours .Now today when i called up their senior executive she was saying that wants time it will be sorted out by 27th may 2010. it almost passed 3 weeks fromthe date of issue .
Pl help me out to get the money back to my account so as to regularise the transaction.
