28-09-08 I claimed mobile insurance to this ALEgION Insurance Service
Limited.,company . But Till now nobody didn't give proper response.please help me.,

I have the same experience with this ALEgION Insurance Service ,they are not givivng proper respose to me .where can I file a complaint against them.so many times i have sent proper documents again and again they call me and say this is not proper.they dnt give proper response and the mobile I purchased was from Univercell.

Dear Sir,

You can send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned company and in case of no response you can forward your complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman Division also.

Sir, I loast my LG KP 500 mobile aon 07-10-2009,through pick pocketing and i
registered a complaint on Kothamangalam police station which also enrolled
in daily dairy page no 71 08-10-2009,
.I submitted all documents for claiming insurance to united india insurace

i bought a mobile in univercell hyderabad .i lost the mobile and iapplied for insurance after three months i dot a message frm td-univers that ur insurance is settled and sent to the address mentioned on 22 October 2010. but still i didnt get any credit note.please send me the status of it if couriered which courier and num to anilchowdary20@gmail.com
