I have purchased a Artha Health Option on 20th January 2009 for the amount Rs.1994/-(Ref No 74056639021000000266575). I couldn’t use any single voucher till now which has been dispatched by Artha in February 2009. One of Artha executive called me up on my mobile on 19th January 2010 saying that if I renew by paying 3988 I’ll be getting all the unused vouchers along with the new vouchers. I received one courier from Artha on 12th March 2010 which is having only this year vouchers. When I enquired at 08067678484 I got answer that its not possible to give last year vouchers and they are denying the promise made by the Artha executive while selling it. I tried to register complaint by calling board no 08067678484 many times, but no one were ready to register complaint also. They said its my fault that I didn’t call up board no before one month after the purchase of the vouchers to confirm whether the promises made by executive are correct or wrong. Artha executive told me that the conversation has been recorded for quality monitoring purpose, You must be having access to all the audio recordings of the conversations between me and Artha executive. Then why they hesitate to register complaint?

Another issue:
One of Artha executive named Ravi had called me up on my mobile on 20th January 2010 and he was marketing about the travel vouchers, I clearly told him that I’m not interested, after 3 days he again called me up and said that Artha is willing to give it for free of cost since I’m being the privileged member of Artha he said for security reason his colleague will going to call up again and ask me some questions he said if I just answer then the kit will be delivered to my address. He made it clear that Artha will not going to charge any single paisa and I confirmed it with another executive when he called me up for answering the security questions. Very next day when I saw my account I saw two transactions were reflecting in my account one for Artha Options of Rs.3988/-( Ref No 74056630022000000721106) and other for travel vouchers of Rs 3998/- (Ref No 74056630026000000800443) . I called up board no more than 100 times, no one was ready to respond properly I again called up said to one of Artha executive that I’ll be going to consumer court for justice if you don’t register complaint and refund the money then they registered complaint. After many follow up Later they admitted fault from their executive and they promised that they will refund the full money but Still I have not received any sigle paisa from Artha even after 45 days after admitting their fault and promise by Artha.
