I had taken birla sunlife ulip.... which is linked with citibank credit card for premium payments. birla sunlife will take the premium from citibank credit card on monthly basis. in jan 2010 birla sunlife has taken 5 months premium..i called birla sunlife and asked them to revert the extra 4 premiums to citibank credit card and they refused to so saying it is citibank issue...i called up citibank and asked them to coordinate with sunlife to revert those premiums and they also refused to so saying it is birla sunlife issue........i ended up in this ball game now...i have to pay 5 premiums to my credit card and failed to do so paying intrest changrges to credit card.......
