My name is Nisha i have taken online 2 wheeler policy but there is some error in filling data so for rectifying that i wrote a mail to reliance service department on 15th feb almost 1 month before.According to there requirement i sent my RC scan copy to them also on 21st feb and after that i did'nt get any response.
This is the last mail they sent me on 21st feb:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Reliance General Insurance Customer Service Unit.
This is with reference to your below communication.
We understand that, you want endorsement to be done on your Two Wheeler Insurance Policy.
We would request you to kindly provide us the scanned copy of Registration certificate (RC) book copy and enable us to assist you further.

Every time i am calling to there call center and i only get answer that your request is on process or you have to mail again and blah blah blah.I am not getting any proper response and even didnt get my policy for that i already made a payment.
Please help me.
