My name is Nisha i have taken online 2 wheeler policy but there is some error in filling data so for rectifying that i wrote a mail to reliance service department on 15th feb almost 1 month before.According to there requirement i sent my RC scan copy to them also on 21st feb and after that i did'nt get any response.

This is the last mail they sent me on 21st feb:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Reliance General Insurance Customer Service Unit.
This is with reference to your below communication.
We understand that, you want endorsement to be done on your Two Wheeler Insurance Policy.
We would request you to kindly provide us the scanned copy of Registration certificate (RC) book copy and enable us to assist you further.

Every time i am calling to there call center and i only get answer that your request is on process or you have to mail again and blah blah blah.I am not getting any proper response and even didnt get my policy for that i already made a payment.

Please help me.

dir sir my self mr raju s kanojia my policy.no.1104412312004598.&i had done claim on my bike.my claim no 2111189850 from ur side serve given mr mahendra shah i dont know about his behaver but in my case i got very bad experience.he dont nw hw to talk with lady.mr shah call on my mobile no. but i was not available he spoke to my wife he ask my number but some reason se not alowed to give my number to anyone same word my wife says to mr shah but shah spoked very rudly and he told iam not asking primeminister number next day i spoke with him about this matter he spoke very rudly even with me this type of server are not good for your insurance company iam also an owner of bajaj.auto i know about customer how to behave with them . so look after this mater & do need full
