Policy Number - 500 451 3684 for "Dream Life Pension"
I have been served with the policy which is not the one that I had originally applied for.I had originally applied for Brightstar child policy and it got rejected due to medical reasons and I have been served with Dream life pension plan which I have never applied for.My applications/signatures have been misused by Mr.Vinod and Mr.Kiran,the Bharti AXA Sr.Sales Manager and Senior Financial Officer respectivley to serve me with this plan , since my original application for the Brightstar child plan got rejected.I was abroad when my orignal application for "Brighstar" was in process.
I was never informed about the swicth over from Bright star to Dream life by Mr.Vinod or Mr.Kiran.
When I went ahead requesting Mr.Vinod to cancel the "Dream life pension policy" and give 100% refund,Mr.Kiran called to my mobile trying to convince me to not to go ahead with cancelling the "Dream life pension" plan, since he might stand to lose about Rs.16000/- on his commission.Later Mr.Vinod also called to my mobile requesting not to proceed with the cancellation of "Dream life pension" plan.
Basically, I wasn't shown any benefit illustration of the Dream life pension plan and it is without my consent that my amount (Rs.50000/- that I had paid as first installment for the Brightstar child plan) was transferred to the "Dream Life pension" plan without my knowledge.I was not even informed of this change in plan.
And since I was abroad, when these thing happened,I didn't have physical access to the policy documents that was served to me and hence not aware of the cancellation rules within the free look period.Neither Mr.Vinod or Mr.Kiran bothered to inform me on this too.
All these point to the fact that the Bharti AXA employees Mr.Vinod CV (Sr.Sales Manager) and Mr.Kiran Kumar(Senior Financial Officer) were cheating on me.
Looking back, now I feel that there was intentional delay from Mr.Vinod in replying back to my email clarifications more details on this plan affecting my cancellation of the policy within the free look period.But inspite of the delay in response from Mr.Vinod, I had requested for cancellation of the Dream life pension plan through e-mail on Decemeber 03 2009 (the free look period was to expire on Dec 04 2009).And as soon as it was possible for me to physically submit the policy documents to your branch at Richmond road, I did so (on Dec-08-2009).
Request you to look into this matter and do the needful to cancel the Dream life pension plan and refund the amount.
I also request you to take this matter as a complaint against the poor quality of service I received from the above representaitves of Bharti AXA, Richmond Road,Bangalore branch.
I apologise for the long email , but it is necessiated to get a clear understaning of the scenarios that I had been through mentally and physically due to poor service from Mr.Vinod and Mr.Kiran.

I had already lodged this complaint with the Bharti AXA.I still havne't received any response/feedback from them since my last communication with them about 2 weeks ago.
I reqeust you to do the needful in this regard to help me cancel the policy and refund the amount from Bharti AXA.
