    Default ICICI Prudential is a SCAM!!!

    Is there any way all the ICICI Prudential complainants can unite and file a public interest litigation against ICICI Prudential? Can I sue ICICI Prudential in USA?

    I was told by ICICI foreign relations manager that if I pay three equal annual premiums of 3 lakhs each...that is, total investment of 9 lakhs....I can expect to receive 18 lakhs after 5 year starting from the payment of the first premium. I have already paid 2 premiums,that is, 6 lakhs. My current fund value is 6.37 lakhs (that means...my total returns till date is 37,000 in 3 years). I do not wish to pay any more premiums. After I spoke to ICICI Prudential customer service rep, they told me as per the terms and conditions, if I don't pay the pending premium, they will foreclose my policy and forfeit 60% of the current fund value.

    This seems like a clear scam. ICICI Prudential mislead investor to invest in their policies and then hold them as a hostage. They are not providing any rationale behind their term and conditions.


    My big question is - why any an investor would want to invest in ICICI Prudential policy, take market risk and pay upfront hefty broker's commission to earn just 3% returns versus investing in a fixed deposit? A customer should not be forced to invest in something he/she does not wish to.

    Please advise how to go about it?

    poor customercare service

    i am a policy holder from chennai, i made a call to customercare service, i asked for a tamil speaking executive, but they continuously transferring the call to other language speaking executives, they put me on hold for almost 30 minutes, and they are also not giving the local branch contact number, i want to know what kind of company policy, that they will not provide the local branch contact no. to the customer, for each and every information, the customer has to contact the customer care, and it will go to the recorded message for atleast 5-10 minutes, its a waste of time...

    I just want to tell people about icici staff.there is one guy and his name in Qayoom and is he not educated but he submit his brother,s cirtificate in icici branch in srinagar,if peolpe like that get job in that company what should we do i just want inform the management to cheek the profile of that guy,thanks

    One ex-employees of icici pre life insurance delhi branch his phone no. Is 9958938777 which is not working for last two months he leave the icici in sept-10 and started his company in delhi. During august he came to my house for varification of my hubby death and afterwards he started came frequently/ and making excuses and taken so many rupees and started his work.i am widow lady and my funds which i recd aftermy husband death he taken all about seven lakh. But now i am searching him but in vain. His name is pankaj tiwari his height is 5-2 inch a hole inhis left ear he is fatty and short man speaking english his eyebrow is thin frequenlty he visit to hospital to meet doctor.his company name is deep inestigation as he tole me but i donot know is it true or not he is doing sbi life and reliance work. I request to all the people beware of this icici fraudy people if i die i will write his name before dieing becasue my position is very critical now may god destroy his all the members of his family willmet with an accident he ruins my life may god ruin his full life then i will satisfy i help him to start his work but he cheated me looted me wo handicapped ho jaye me din raat yahi dua karti hu us ka sara parivar khatamho jaye if sbi life and reliance ins see this msg u r requrested to pl stop his services he said to me i will return all the money but now he never try to talk his phone is also not working

    Default a fraud with me by icicipru agent ms. kirti saini from jaipur rajasthan

    dear sir, i have receive a call from kirti saini to purchase health saver plan. i agree with her that all family cover from icici health saver and day to day outdoor expencess for eg. doctors fees,medicine,test charge,etc. she get 20000 checque and send icici general insurance policy. i complain against kirti saini to his advisor than kirti saini call me to send 15 thousand more and than after both policies make combined health saver plan.but again she send me policy only cover indivisional for me only. than after i call her daily but she is not attending my telephone. so that it is clear that she is wrong or fraud and cheater also. when u tell something to costumer you give him about commitment. now i am filing a suit against icicipru and ms kirti saini mobile no-09636672484 in section 420 in civil court bundi rajasthan. after my message to all customers that dont believe in icicipru. there is no response u after selling policies. my policy no is16452806 health sever polan. u will get all information about kirti saini. please do action against kirti saini.

    I request to delete the complain aginsnst pankaj whichi lodged that complain but now i request to delete that complain for god sake let it be everything he gives me so many happiness so i can leave everything for him he is very inteligent good worker helpful nd love to all. I cannot give him bad wishes you are once again requested to please delete that complain aginasthem immdtly .
    I shall be very grateful to u.i am pious lady so my mind isnot allowed to give him bad wishes if he started his work with my money no problem god help him, i hv no complain against him that day i wer very upset now i decided to forgive him kismat ke baat hai usne jo kiya so kiya humne to sahi kiya bhagwan sab dekhta hai koe last janam ka rista hoga jo mene us ke help kare.     I am one of your wellwisher and want to tell you some thing about your branch staff who has submit fake document and his name is Ab Qayoom Najar as a Insurance Adviser in your srinagar branch he produce grudute certificate in your office he spoil your company reputation if you lose your company reputation no one can make bussiness with your company that,s why i want to inform you before some happen otherhand he has very bad reputation he has done some illegle things too if you want to know all detail you must go srinager police station you will fine all,details in Khote bagh poice station so please take an action againt him

    Post Rectification -beware of icici employee

    A complaint was lodged against icici ex employee last week there is so many mistake which i want to rectify now. A complaint was false against pankaj tiwari. Mob is also wrong his name is pankit i was pressurised by someone to write his name i donot now who is pankaj tiwari and where he work my saving account has been credited with the whole amount and i am happy he could not contact me due to some personal problem i donot know what is going on now i am happy and going to marry i want to remove the complaint against pankaj tiwari on web page which is still there i donot want one innocent person suffer due to my blunder mistake otherwise god will not forgive me inconvenience caused is deeply regretted pl help me and save one innocent person and land do the needful in favour of me .donot take ant action against pt i am very sorry sir pl delete the complaint from the web page immediately thanks and regards

    Unhappy ICICI Prudential Problem

    My principle amount is higher than the present fund value. My parents had payed 1 lakh each year for three years since Dec. 2007. That totals to 3 lakh, but because of the decline in the market present value of it is only 2.76 lakh.

    The market is going to go lower, so what is my best option to save the amount?

    Default ICICI Lombard-compliant-reimbursement not settled after trying all attempts

    Dear Sir,
    After unsuccessful attempts, i am writing here to seek any advice on my reimbursement claim made in 2011 on my son's medical expenses. My mediclaim policy
    was through my company, I made a claim of Rs. 18590/- on my son's medical expenses during Jan-Feb, 2011. As I have not received any status, I enquired back in the month of Mar'11 end and to my surprise I heard that my son's name was not correct, hence it has been rejected, although the name of my son was reflecting as my name, since it was not updated during the transition from one mediclaim to another. As suggested by my company HR, I called up the
    responsible persons at ICICI and requested them to change the name of my son, they took it more than 45 days, by mid May, 2011 the name got changed. After my son's name got changed I called the ICICI executive to reactivate my claim and process it as soon as possible, after several follow-ups and every time I called up this executive, I got nice reply from him saying that your claim is under process and you will get reply sooner. Later by June 2011 our company
    policy time period has been completed and the following next year our company has taken some other mediclaim provider. After June 2011, when I called this
    executive, he said very reluctantly that your claim has been rejected, giving me the reason that your company has not renewed with us for the following next
    year. I do not agree with this reason, since I made my claim during my active policy period (i.e., Jun-2010 to June 2011). I wrote many mails to that
    executive and I got no replies. I approached our HR for help, they wrote an e-mail to that ICICI executive, and this time that ICICI Executive had called me
    and said to me that we can't find your claim papers, I am shocked!, I enquired back from HR, they said that they have sent it already. However, I told that
    ICICI executive that I will send you all the Xerox copies again, he agreed and assured me that he will process my claim, so later that day I couriered all my
    claim papers to that ICICI executive and now they receive this papers and that executive told me that he will process my claim, but until now my claim was
    not processed. I called again that ICICI executive so many times and every time he just tells me that your policy is waiting for the approval, until he gets
    any approval he cannot process it further, poor hopeless and reluctant ICICI Lomard policy services.
    Could anybody advice me, to whom I can approach for help? Anyhow I am hopeless, just trying for last chance.
