poor customercare service
i am a policy holder from chennai, i made a call to customercare service, i asked for a tamil speaking executive, but they continuously transferring the call to other language speaking executives, they put me on hold for almost 30 minutes, and they are also not giving the local branch contact number, i want to know what kind of company policy, that they will not provide the local branch contact no. to the customer, for each and every information, the customer has to contact the customer care, and it will go to the recorded message for atleast 5-10 minutes, its a waste of time...
