I have an complaint against TAT AIG & their Customer Care for not handling cancellation requests of Policies & that ended up in to Large amount of premium with HSBC Bank Credit Card.
I got an HSBC Credit Card in July 2007. Few months after I got a Call from Tata AIG for maharaksha Policy. They explained me the terms & conditions and I had applied for 5 Policies for my family members. But When I got documents for the Policy, then I realize that this policy is not appropriate for me and my Family.

MRP25000037410 (I called up CustCare on 16th Aug 2007 to cancel All Policies but only 1 policy was cancelled in the name of my sister “Jalpa Gohel”)

MRP25000037412 (I called up customer care again to cancel all Policies & then no more premium was deducted from HSBC Credit Card)
I made Calls to TATA AIG Customer Care.
1st Call
Informed to discontinue All my Policies. within 15 days (on 16th Aug ).
2nd Call
But Next Month I got statement from HSBC for First Premium. So I called up Customer Care of TATA AIG again & Informed to Cancel the Policies again.
3rd Call
Then again Next Month I got statement from HSBC for Second Premium. So I called up Customer Care of TATA AIG again & Informed to Cancel All of the Policies.
Then after My Policies got closed fortunately & so i am liable to pay only Rs 500/- for 5 Policies I have opted for.
During this all month I had already paid few late payment charges to HSBC as my complaint was being handled. Then I visited HSBC Bank & TATA AIG Offices in Pune but there is no outcome. Then HSBC was asking to pay the Total due of 3 Months which is aproximately Rs. 9000. So i am not liable to pay this amount As I have already paid Rs 500 ,as per the Rules of TATA AIG.
In 2008 April I went to Canada on business trip for 2 years. I just came back in this November 2009. Then I came to know various Statements from HSBC asking me to pay 45000 now. After 2 years, I am now liable to pay Rs. 45,000 including late payment fees & interests from HSBC Credit Card.
So please help me to close this Issue as it is due irresponsible Customer Care of TATA AIG for not handling requests immediately.
