Dear Sir,
I have taken a Health Policy of Reliance General Insurance vide policy no.1304792825028062. This policy was sold to me on behalf of my ABN Amro Credi Card. When this policy was sold to me, Mr. Kunal from any branch of ABN Amro called me (He didn't tell me address from where he is calling after several request for the same by me). He has committed to me that my policy amount will be converted into 24 equal interest free EMIs, but due to not availability of cvv no., I could not use my ABN Amro Credit Card and used my ICICI Bank Credit Card instead. Mr. Kunal has confirm me that this EMI option will also be applicable on ICICI Card also. This statement can also be confirmed from the conversation recording made by them at the time of givning the policy. But when I called at the no. given by him (1800 3002 8282), they confirm that only ICICI Bank can convert this into EMIs. But ICICI Customer care is saying that there is not any option available with them like this. So, I am completely frustrated with these all and already have wasted my lot of time.
After this, I send many mails to Mr. Amit Nagpal (Mob.9311722465) in Reliance General Insurance regarding the issue. I am regularly following him since 27th November, 2009, but not any solution has been provided by him. I have all the copies in my mail for the above said communications.
Now, I want to cancel this policy and also want a harrasement claim on above. Kindly help me in this matter as I am completely frustrated with this issue and I can not afford whole amount of the policy which is Rs.11,278/-.
