We paid Ch No 139357 dated 8.6.09 drawn on HSBC Bank, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi for Rs 12,000 in favour of United India Insurance Company Limited for the Insurance Premia for the Group Personal Accident of our company "Executive Access (India) Pvt Ltd, New Delhii" for 62 employees with Sum Insured Rs 1.24 Crores.We recd the policy from you for Rs 14,361 ( Insurance Rs 13,002 , Ser Tax Rs 1339 , Total Rs 14,361 ). But, we have paid Rs 20,000 /- as an Advance to United India Insurance Company Limited vide Ch No 139356 dated 8.6.09 for Rs 20,000 .Still todate, we havent recd CD account to check how much advance is lying with United India Insurance Co Ltd, eventhough some employees resigned from our company. so, You are requested to solve this issue and send us the statement as on date.]
