    Question Money deducted from credit card HSBC but no responce for policy cancellation

    Policy registered for my name -Home secure policy assuring that i can surrender it immediately if do not like any terms & money will be credited back to my credit card (Rs 8000/-)
    But no body responding back for the cancellation process even after several calls made by me since last 10 days .just assuring to revert back but no action done till date .I have to pay the credit card amount now.
