    Angry complaint against HDFC standard life insurance company for deceiving the customers

    Dear Sir,

    I have taken a Home loan from HDFC bank for which I have taken complete insurance under policy number 13027512. My first EMI was due on 27-Aug-09 (through ECS) I was informed on 4-Sep-09 about the failure of ECS (Still don't know the reason why it happened. No such communication has been made till date. Only through Email I was informed that the reason is miscelleneous which is unsatisfactory) I was out of station from 02-Sep to 13-Sep-09 I was told to submit the money by cash or check. I submitted the money by cash on 15-Sep-09 (2 months EMI 6250 Rs) in Sec-63 office, Noida, U.P. I was informed there in the branch that no charges will be born by me as I was not informed properly and timely. When I received my first Unit Statement for Policy, I got to know that some amount has been deducted under Lapse reinstatement and full contact reversal. I reached the local branch and met Mr. Sachin Sharma so called manager of the branch. He tried but could not succeeded to solve my problem and finally told me to contact customer care. I have been following with the customer care since long and they are only giving me miscelleneous reasons but not the exact solution. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and get the problem resolved from the concerned department. Thanking you in the anticipation of prompt positive reply.

    Respected sir, i m a very unsatisfied and shocked person at this moment as i m fighting for the case since november 2009. But still i haven't got justice for the case. Hdfcslic people have done fraud with me as they have used my documents without my knowledge and i didn't know anything about all this mis chap as they have used my document and made clients fool. And i don't know wat to do and i don't have words to tell u that how much mentally harrassment i have been undergone in this few months.and right now i m into deep depression and unemployed. Till today i haven't got the justice for my case. I have been working with icici pru. Since 2007 jan. And all was going good but suddenly in oct. 2009 i got the letter from my branch that u r getting terminated as i m working with 2 companies icici pru and hdfcslic at one time and when i confirmed it with hdfc branch i found that one of the company employee have done fraud and mis used my documents and i have been working hdfc since aug 2008.till today. Now i have questions to irda and the respective companies hw can i be transferred from one company to other without my surrender to the company and how irda transfer my licence to hdfcslic. When i confirmed it with the concerned branch they said they can't do anything. I don't know wat to do as i m employed because icici pru have stopped my commissions and incentives from november and due to that reason also i couldnot be into the jfm and contest going on from my company. And now i don't want more harrassment to happen with me and my family. I m the only earning person in my home. I reside with my mother who is a pensioner and we are in bad shape right now. Hdfcslic have issued noc but it doesnot my case as i m unemployed since november and i haven't a single penny from my company as commission. I want the compensation for the mental harrassment and the time lacking in my case as soon as possible. And i have no other option to go to higher level for the justice.i want the compensation of 100000/- ruppees for all the mishappenning that occured with me during this time period.
    Please help me out for the case as soon as possible.
    I'll wait for ur positive response hope i'll get justice this time. And they have sent noc in which they have written that i have worked with hdfcslic from 30/8/2008 to 29/12/2009 which is totally wrong and i haven't worked with the company even one day and i even don't know the branch.so i request u to kindly note my agency code-00279835 and verify this case from beginning to end and i want to complain for the sec-51 branch noida for all this mischap done with me. They haven't helpled for anything and licencing manager asked for the money to cancel the code and he denied for any help and conversation for this case.

    Default Fraud Done by HDFC Standard Life and V Customer Employee

    This is my e-mail which I have sent to all the people related to HDFC Bank and V Customer Employee:

    To whom it may concern

    I am writing this as "To whom it may concern" as HDFC has been acting as if they are not concerned at all about my problem. TO KNOW MORE ABOUT MY PROBLEM PLEASE SEE THE E-MAIL BELOW WHICH I HAD SENT ON 4TH FEB 2010 AND OTHER AROUND 8-10 E-MAILS AND HUNDREDS OF CALLS MADE.

    Anyway now this is the case since 2-3 months I have been fighting with HDFC to reduce my policy premium from 2400/- to 1000/- AS PROMISED by the issuing manager during the time of the issue. But when I visited the office of HDFC Standard Life in Sec-63 and called the customer care several times they told me that this cannot be done until 3 years of issuing. And I was misinformed.

    I am writing down my grief in points below so that you can understand better:

    1. My policy was issued by Ms Vibha Rai from New Friends Colony, in July 2009.
    2. I was promised that the first premium has to be 2400/- and thereafter I can pay AS MUCH AS I CAN as premium as I will receive a call every month before deduction of my premium (WHICH I NEVER DID).
    3. Then when I called back the issuing agents to confirm this they said that yes it is possible.
    4. When I received the welcome call from HDFC and they told me the T&C I confirmed from that person as well, he said NO it is not possible, and you will have to pay first 6 installments as 2400/- and then you can reduce it, I CLEARLY TOLD HIM THAT I DO NOT WANT SUCH POLICY AND PLEASE ARRANGE TO RETURN BACK THE DOCUMENTS, so he told me that he will arrange a call back within 24 hours, which never came.
    5. I waited for 6 months to complete and then I went to HDFC office to reduce my premium amount but to my surprise they told me that it cannot be done for 3 years.
    6. I suspected something was wrong, I went back and checked the documents closely and saw that there were COUNTERFEIT signatures of me on the documents, which were done because I was not made aware of the policy facts.
    7. Now now one is looking into the matter since 2 months, so as grieved about my situation as I am as no one is bothered about the situation, I have decided to go the other way around.

    I owe HDFC 54,000/- as a Personal Loan and around 14,000/- as Credit Card balance which are linked to my account. I decided not to pay the HDFC loan premium unless they clear off the matter and since 10 days when I have not made the payment and told the collections agent the reason why, I have been receiving calls from HDFC to solve my problem, please visit this office please visit that office, and HDFC Loan division does not care about what policy you have and it is not their concern.

    Well reason for my grief is HDFC I do not care what division, for a customer HDFC is same and until the day I was paying my loan premium on time no body cared about my problem but I do not pay 1 installment and I get 7 calls in 10 days telling the solution of my problem. Well, I am not going to visit any HDFC office and am not making any call to any HDFC agent/employee or customer care, because I did that already many times.

    Well here is a dialogue which one of HDFC's representative said "HDFC will not run for your problem, you will have to run for your problem" well then who so ever is concerned about this problem should know that I'm not going to run for this problem any more even if I get threats from 3rd party collection or a court notice, because I have proof of CHEATING by an HDFC employee and I want SOLUTION for that, I have been grieved since 8 months and no body cares, all HDFC cares about is their money and nothing about the customer, well if HDFC is big today it is only because of customer they have. So first make customer satisfied with the services and then ask for something from them.

    Well I have been mentally harassed and grieved because no one even cares about my problem and I am sick and tired of dealing with phone calls that only promise me another date or another "will try to find the solution" things. So please I am giving you a solution, RETURN MY 14,400/- which I paid as premium and I will pay off my loan and credit card otherwise I am ready to go to the consumer court and wait for them to find a solution, and until then I am not dealing with HDFC bank in any way.

    And if you at all are worried about your customer then I should receive my 14,400/- in my bank account and not another call promising me that "we will find a solution shortly", I am an 8 year old HDFC customer and will QUIT HDFC bank if this issue is not resolved with immediate effect.

    Angry complaint against fraud reminder-2

    Till today I haven,t any response from any of the company and from u. I m looking my faith from all people that a normal man will not get justice from consumer court.     I want an explanation...

    Have written the following letter dated 9th March 2010 to HDFC SL and couriered to their Marol Office on 10th March 2010. The same was hand delivered to Suburban Diagnostics India Private Limited, Thakur Village, Kandivli (East), on 10th March. Since there was no response from either the letter was hand delivered on 14th March 20101 to HDFC SL at their M.G. Road, Kandivli (West) Branch and an acknowledgement taken.

    However there is no response so far ( today is 22 March 2010) from HDFC or Suburban Daignostics… I would like an explanation…Whom do I approach?????

    I the undersigned, Chetan B. Kuckian had applied for a 20 year Term Assurance Death Benefit Policy and the premium amounting to Rs.5,592.00 was paid in advance to HDFC.


    On 08/03/2010, I have received your letter dated 27/02/2010 wherein you have changed the acceptance terms and increased the premium from Rs.5,592=00 to Rs.11,500=00. As per your above dated letter you have mentioned the reason for the proposed change in terms of acceptance on account of “elevated blood sugar levels”.


    I have done a independent blood sugar test on 09/03/2010. The current report, which is enclosed herewith for your reference shows the following readings which are “ABSOLUTELY NORMAL”:

    Plasma Glucose fasting : 76.5 MG/DL
    Post Lunch Blood Glucose : 80.5 MG/DL


    Now I would like to know on what basis did you mention that the blood sugar levels are elevated.
    1. Has HDFC erred in issuing the letter with increased premium in haste or has the pathology lab submitted incorrect reports to HDFC.
    2. How can the Suburban Diagnostic report mention elevated sugar levels whereas the same test done elsewhere shows it to be normal.


    Due to the unnecessary delay and mental tension caused to me, I decline your offer of an increased premium and I am not interested in any Term Policy with HDFC. I would appreciate if you kindly return the amount of Rs.5,592=00 at the earliest.


    I would also appreciate if HDFC looks into the case and informs me as to who is responsible for this major goof up. Is it HDFC or is it Suburban Diagnostics, Thakur Village??

    Default Complain Against Improper & Misbehaviour of HDFC standard life staff

    My name is Ashutosh Jajodia, joined as an financial advisor at your co. in Apr 2006 at Bilaspur (C.G). My license was expired in Apr 2009. From that time I was in follow up with my RM (Amit deshpande) for its renewal, but he forced me to give one new case until which I will not be able to renew my license. Now 20 days before I walked up in branch & Ops manager (Gautam Suryawanshi) told me to submit few Docs & the license will be renewed. On 19th june’10 when my Dad met the concern BM (Dinesh Arora) told that I have to again go through new licencisg process. I am OK with this, but my concern is this that nobody (Mr Deshpande, Mr Gautam) has proper knowledge of the process. Again Mr Arora was very rude & misbehaved with my father, which brings very bad for such a reputed company. I respect the rules & regulations laid down by IRDA, but people at a higher post should know how to deal with their agents/customers as because of them they are in existence. In future I make sure that I will not recommend this company for any type of dealings.

    Cool HDFC is the biggest fraud insurance company, Beware of it!!

    HDFC stands for Hopeless Deceiving Fraud Company. The company has cheated and looted thousands of stupid customers like me. ICICI is in competition with it. These companies are not only fraud but, it is a nationwide conspiracy.
    They are looting hard earned money of innocent people. There are thousands of such complaints pending at consumer court and at the HDFC office(dustbin).
    Pigs survive on Human shit, and HDFC staff survives on human curse. The CEO will die of cancer or in road accident soon. I pray god for that.

    Default Manager calls 3 times and continues to use foul language for payment

    Hi,

    My name is Gurmeet Singh Arora, I am holding a credit card of HDFC

    Bank (no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 3343). I would like to inform you about the way
    HDFC bank Credit card customers are being handled by their Collection

    dept. They are harassing me for last few days and talking so cheap.


    Last year I settled down my credit card account and gave them all money.
    Because I paid in cash I don’t have any proof.

    I got a call on 02nd July 2011 from their collection dept Naraina
    office for payment. She told me your account is over due and you have

    to pay Rs.175000. I told her that I already paid and settled
    this account last year, she told me ok you pay only Rs.42000, I again
    said why should I pay more Rs.42000 but she was not ready to listen.
    Then I told her ok I will come to your branch, after two days I went
    to naraina branch they force fully gave me settlement letter of
    rs.42000 (Rs.3500x12installment) and they charge Rs.3500 cash as first

    installment even they didn't give me receipt also. “Kis tarah ki
    gundgardi hai yeh”

    After a week The person’s name is Anu Sharma called me and asked for
    another installment of Rs. 3500. I asked that why should I pay, when I
    already paid. She has no legitimate answer but only abusive language to harass.

    After many such abusive calls when I stopped picking up her calls,

    She started calling at my home number and other contacts and started abusing my family members and my friends.
    Even she called up my wife's office land line number and started talking rude to my wife’s
    colleagues too. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable, rude behavior your people use while talking to your customers.

    I want to take a necessary action against these kind of agents, that
    they have no rights to call my family members/ colleagues and abusing

    them as I am holding the card.
    My wife has two witnesses in her office who have attended Anu Sharma’s and Neha's
    calls, If these people will not stop calling my wife office, My wife will lodge
    a complaint against anu Sharma and neha to legal cell.

    Please help me and suggest what all actions can I take in this regards.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    Subject: - Complain for Cancellation of policy No:-14479575

    I received policy on 13th September 2011. It’s taken long time after confirm my policy. I go through policy documents, and contact to executive person who explained about policy but he was not working more same branch. The policy term and benefit are not as explained by your executive Mr. Vivek.
    I understood policy 1st week of July and paid payment on same day. Then I got verification called after 20 days. Customer executive explain about policy and it’s totally different what I understood by Executive person. I told to her call me after some time because I was in meeting. But they didn’t called.
    When I got again call from service executive for verification, I said cancel my policy because of misguide then she replied when you will get policy then after you cancel. I answered still I didn’t get policy its already 1 month passed then she replied you will get within 15 days, finally I got policy after 2 month.
    This call management of yours. I got policy and contact to executive name is (Mr. Ilesh) and asked about Mr. Vivek then he answered he was not longer more with same branch. And I said cancelled my policy.
    At that moment some incident in my family and I was out of station, when I worked and submit the policy for cancellation, then operation manager (Mr. Biren shah) said it’s one day late only I said I want cancel policy then he replied ok no problem. I submit cancellation later to him and he will process. After one month he replied your request it’s rejected. What’s the hell are going on. There is no value of time. He called me in evening and said your policy request was rejected. Why customer purchase policy, why they invest money in private bank because of your trust and your service. This is worthless service from your end. No any communication, no any support. When you got policy you never care customer. That’s why people trust on LIC instead of private bank. I want to cancel my policy and not interest to stay with same policy.


    I m not interested to go with this policy, kindly cancel my policy and refund my amount sum of Rs. 7617.00 to my account no: 13371140000187 and oblige.

    hdfc life insurance scheme was opened first time for disabled child in 2005. i have invested rs. 5000 in the year 2005 in the name of my disabled child who was studying in army school . in the mean time the showroom was closed and i came to know that they have left their business. a got a certificate for the said amount . in future i decided to close the scheme and get refund of the same.. i approached many times but got no result. after 6 months the hdfc standard life insurance scheme showroom was reopened at different building where i had complained about the past mishappening but they didnt listen any thing and they repeated asked me to deposit the balance installment with interest. i refused to pay any single amount . now i am holding the certificate of rs.5000 which was deposited with them request confirm refund of the set balance amount .
