I am a bonafide and esteemed customer of Cholamamdalam MS Insurance Company. I hold a insurance policy for my vehicle (Tempo-407) at the company. My vehicle met with an accident, there was seven days delays on the part of the company for survey. And now that the surveyor had submitted the report to fix anew cabin to my vehicle the company is not allowing that. Instead they have forced the surveyor to change his report and now the showroom where my vehicle is standing for repairs have said that the repairs of the cabin is not possibe. I say that I have paid Rs. 16,849/- towards my vehicle policy and now that the company is not ready to pass my claim for fixation of a new cabin. Please note that I am paying Rs.19000/- EMI for the said vehicle and that I am earning from the said vehicle. Now only due to the delays created by the company my earning for the said vehicle is at a stand still since 25 days.
