This is to inform you that I am a customer of bajaj allianz general insurance. I have lodged a request for fire claim .i have given all documents related to this claim since 2004 till now its long time but we didn't got any settlement of my case and according to me the claim amount i.e Rs.4 lakh near about but co.sent only 88000 / rupees only which we did nit accept and file the case against them the Case name IS kohli general stores v/s bajaj allianz insurance ltd. R/O Main bazar banihal jk distt Doda at that time.so,kindly look into the matter and assist me at the earliest.

My name is Rahul and I have an general insurance of my car( Ford Ikon, model 2005) from bajaj allianze ... In this year i have taken 2 accidental claim worth 23000rs and 14000rs and the renewal team person saying that you will have to pay more premium other then no claim bonus, I have paid around 8000 rs premium last year but for the renewal they are saying that you have to pay 16000 rs as premium and even an excess of rs 50000 will be there on your renewed policy and for that reason I have to change my insurance company.

I had financed a bike (Bajaj XCD # UP 51L6119) from Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Basti, UP. My bike was stolen on 10th of Sep 2009 from Badarpur in New Delhi, of which I registerd an FIR the same day and Informed the Insurance Company also. I called the customer care and then after a month some agent called me to submit the neccesary papers for recovery of Insurance money. I gave all the papers including the final report given by the police station. After few days I called the customer care again. I was told that my case has been closed due to insufficient documents submitted by me. However, I gave all the documents as instructed by the insurance agent. I was told to submit all the papers again in New Delhi office. I went to the head office situated in Motinagar, New Delhi and submitted all the documents. I was told that I will get a cheque on the behalf of Bajaj Auto Finance as my loan installment was incomplete. The left installment would be deducted and the remaining amount will be paid to me. I got a cheque of Rs. 31,600(thirty one thousand and six hundred only) and I deposited that cheque in the Bajaj Auto Finance Office, Gorakhpur,UP. I was told to wait for a month in order to receive the insurance amount. I visited gorakhpur branch several times, but I didnt get any response. When I went to Gorakhpur finally in november and asked for my amount, I was told that my cheque's validity is over, so I wouldnt get any amount. I went to Delhi's office again and told the matter. But The agent there refused to help me and said that he has already done his job by giving me the cheque. Now he cant help me and I have to approach the Bajaj Auto Finance, Gorakhpur only. I was totally harrased by Bajaj General Insurance Company people in Gorakhpur, Basti and New Delhi Moti Nagar branch. I approached all the three branches but none of them helped me and I was told to contact other branch. I am a retired Army Officer and it is impossible for me to run here and there for my insurance amount. I want to lodge a case against Bajaj Allianze General Insurance for harrasing me mentally, physically and financially.

Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

daily i am getting 40 to 50 TD- advertising SMS from 56070-sms gateway services.
I dont know where to stop this service, mobile service providers failed to help regarding this.

please any idea regarding 56070 sms gateway. Please help me.
