Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of NEW INDIA ASURANCE, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution and reply.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

thanks for your response but as i already mentioned you on my request if you can check its clearly mention that i already contacted with correspondent and also thru phone and did whatever required but they finally closed my claim withoout informing me you can check it thru my claim request that i already submitted with your sight then finally wrote this to you
i spoke with senior most person from mumbai head office and also with the branch office in gaziyabad thru correspondense and thru physically again i am going to attach the same request that i send thru email to every one..here is the detail..................thanks for your response however i visted there to the branch now they told me that they did corrospondent in regards to that claim but they did on my previous address and they closed my theft claim which is something unwanted now i have to move through consumer court to get my claim
i understand that i dont had FIR/FR but i dont think if someone is not having FIR/FR on the basics of that any insuranse company is going to cancell claim i already spoke with my lawyer and they asked me to file complaint thru consumer court in regards to cheating and neglancy and harrasment agains new india assurance because i am residing in south delhi and they insured me thru gaziyabad branch which is in U.P

and also each visit cost me more than harrasment from insurance company
no proper response as i already updated my correspondent address(current)with them and without informing me they close my theft claim

i already spoke with P.R ARYA the branch manager from there and again had same response nobody is taking serious this issue

i did correspondent from mumbai(head office)eighter they dont gave me any response

i am from very middle class family and this claim means alot for me
whatsoever they asked me to submitt i did my best from my knowledge as i already told them that its not possible now to submitt FIR/FR caz of delaying or such surcumstances that general public is not aware i follow the same guidline
again as per the news paper times of india published against new india assurance that there is no issential requirment of FIR/FR to get theft claim and fire claim

so finaly i decided to go thru with legal option caz comapny never left any option for me
