Dear Sir,
This has the reference to complain lodged to SAMSUNG INDIA (BP Number 8411242272) on 2nd August 2009.
I bought two new 1.5 Ton window ACs in April 2009.
Out of that, one AC was not cooling from 2nd Aug.2009 onwards.
I lodged a complain on 2nd August 2009 about my Window AC of 1.5 T, which was not cooling.
The Customer Care Executive said that my complain will be entertained the very next day.
But there was no response from SAMSUNG on 3rd Aug 2009.
On 4th, the Engineers were sent by SAMSUNG who said that the AC Compressor has leaked and there is no GAS.
They told that it will have to sent to the workshop for gas filling.
The Enginners sent by SAMSUNG promised to get it repared by next day.
Next day no one arrived to take the AC to the Workshop.
On 6th, I called up SAMSUNG again about the problem and my complaint registration.
On 7th Aug.2009, two people were sent by SAMSUNG to take the AC to the workshop.
They gave the receipt of receiving for the AC and promised to deliver it back on Monday, 10th August 2009.
I did not get the AC on 10th Aug.
I called the Samsung on 11th Aug.2009 and the customer care executive told me that I will get a call back but in vain.
On further enquiring, I was told that the AC was not repairable since the condencer has leaked and it will be replaced by a new AC and they have sent it for a claim.
Today, it is 12th Sept.2009, and I neither got my AC nor I got the any call back from SAMSUNG about the status of my AC sent for repair.
I don’t understand how much time is required for settling a claim for a new AC bought only in the month of April 2009 ?
Needless to say that I made numerous calls to Customer Care of SAMSUNG INDIA and to the customer care.
Now I am fed up with the product as well as the services of the company SAMSUNG INDIA .
During the scrotching heat / summer, SAMSUNG INDIA has compelled me to stay without AC and today is more than one month since I lodged my first complain on 2nd Aug.2009.
Who is going to compensate for the same ?
Even I sent mails also to their e-mail ID support.india@samsung.com which they replied by writing

We are continuously following this issue with the concerned Branch Service Manager, we will update you the status accordingly as soon as possible. Please bear with us till then.

[B]I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY AC TILL DATE, NOR DOES ANYONE BOTHERS TO GIVE ME A CALL FROM SAMSUNG INDIA ABOUT ANY UPDATE OF MY AC.
THIS IS TOO MUCH !!!!
