Sir mera ub slte 7+ tab abhi tak delivered nahi hua

Dear sir/ Madam,

I had booked one Ubislate 7+ tablet PC on December 27 2011. Booking id
is PM01B84D1FEE

After receiving intimation mail. I had sent the
Cheque for Rs.2999/- on 23-1-2012. Vide Cheque no: 683912 Indusind
Bank.

Above said Cheque is realized on 23-2-2012.

I got the acknowledgement receipt from also.

But still now no delivery information is avail in the site.

No proper response for my earlier mail, contact number also not
picked by any one.

All these activities are lead to negative thought about him.

Kindly do the needful.

I have pre-booked the ubislate 7+ with a pre-book ID "PMFC00084B0C" & I have opted to go for a confirmed prioritized delivery as mentioned on your website & hence I have sent a DD of rs.2,999/- With the following details;

DD no: 997208
bank: state bank of india, iit powai.

The DD had been sent by speed post to the said address and it has been delivered to them(Speed post Tracking). Till now the device has not been sent and no response from them even. Please respond to my request and send me my device asap.

They Don't send any response or about the delivering date. There is no communication for emotional support to the customers by them.

My Booking ID for UBISLATE+ is PM3CA67B1D56 Dated 08/01/2012. I send you the cheque no: 409791 dated 09/01/2012 of an amount Rs.2999.00. You have confirmed that the payment received vide E-Mail dated:09/03/2012 against our E-mail. The payment has already been deducted from my Bank Account. I am enclosing the copy of confirmation mail also. Please confirm me the delivery status.

Afterreceiving intimation mail. I had sent the

.Above said Chequeis ENCASHED on 01 MAR2012.Datawind is not even bothered to give meconfirmation mail/call.when I called/emailed several times then theygave me confitrmation .When ever I called them they are giving me newdates.Recent date they have given me is 30 jun12.when this date willbe passed they are ready to give me new date.When I called on tollfree number they have told that they have completed the order of Janand completing feb 12 orders.but according to complaint lodged by PRajkumar on consumer forum site they have not completed the decemberorder yet.
Datawindis Canadian based company.How can thay be so letahargic andirresponsible.Datawind team please give me an honest and positiveresponse

Cheque for Rs.2999/- on 16.06-2012. Vide Cheque no: 433697 ICICI bank, The said Cheque is realized on 29.06.2012.


You are requested supply the UBslate 7+ tablet at the earliest.
