I have purchased one deal @ 99 from deals and you on 27th May at 7:20pm & My ORDER Number is 608798 but when I got sms, Rs 396/- has been deducted from account instead of 99/-. I immediately called customer care on 0120-6726777 but they said that “you have selected 4 qty,so we cann’t help you”.I tried to convince them but they were ready not listen/lodge my complain. After 15mins call, customer care staff said “Although we are taking your complain, but we cann’t give you any assurance but our supervisor will call you today till 8:30pm and our supervisor will help you “ and then disconnected the phone without giving any complain no. Please check your recoding regarding the same.Now it is 24hrs (aprox) but I didn’t got any call from any staff of deals and you.
I am feeling cheated and It is my last request that please cancel/refund my excess paid amount immediately otherwise I am forced to take legal action/social networking campaign. There was 2-3 failed transaction before final payment and it is clear indication of your website fault. Please check your payment gatway company(WANAMO MARKETING) to verify it.
I am hoping for quick action/reply..

I have bought Akash Ubislate 7 android from website DealsandYou.com, order no was 598882, 23/05/2012. i got my order delivered on 07/06/2012. I purchased the device after reading the deal and specification mentioned. It was clearly mentioned in website and specification that it comes with Internet connectivity with both the options of Wi Fi as well as GPRS. There is disparity between what is being said on the website and what the product actually is. After confirmation from the product manufacturer Datawind actually Ubislate 7 support only WiFi and does not support Sim slot. so you can't connect gprs via sim slot. I got convinced to buy the product in the deal given only because there is gprs support. But to my disappointment, the system supports only wi-fi connectivity. This is just fooling customers to buy the product. Please search for UbiSlate 7 Android... deal on the dealsandyou.com where the same lines where the deal says about the support of wifi as well as the gprs connection and please also check the specification mentioned in the deal.

As it does not supports Gprs Connectivity the product is of no use for me. This specification given are for Ubislate 7+. My first request is to update the website with correct specification so that no more customers are fooled and place orders only to be disappointed by the product when they receive it. Now that this product that I have received is of no use in this place I belong to, ie, Imphal. So I would request you to take back the product and suggest me a product of my requirement. I wish to replace the product with the actual specification i.e. with Ubislate 7+.
