I had connected/ installed a Tata Sky for television channels on September, 2011. First two months were free connection as it was published by themshelves in liplet. On liplet it was clearly mentioned that only Sonar Bangla pack is available for 2 months. As proposed by me they also activated English Entartaintment pack(Rs.35 PM) which was also paid by me for six months (Rs.250). After completion 2 months I have recharged my account as per their instruction on 22nd November, 2011. It was given in liplet that, Rs. 1030 will active the Sonar Bangla pack for six months, which save few price than monthly rent basis (Rs. 185). Normally connection should run upto 22nd May, 2012.
But at present on 1st February, 2012 they again instructed for recharge my account. I enquired the matter & they stated that few extra packages were installed with this connection from the begining.
Neither any instruction was given in company liplet regarding free activation of Active Cooking, Active English etc. with new connection- nor I requested them to active any extra costed packs any time.
It was a froud with me. I requested themshelves to return my amount into my account but they rejected my proposal in several time.
Sir, I want the justice about this froud case & I want to return back my amount in my account of Tata Sky. My ID No for Tata Sky is 1071378101. Your heartiest cooperation is solicited.
