Philips MP3 Player Raga 4Gb With USB Power Adaptor in a website called TIMTARA.COM on 9th december. n they told that the order will b delivered in 10-12 working days.. so i waited.. but they never delivered me the mp3. inbetween i contacted there customer care for 4 to 5 times. bt iwas in vain.. then in first weak of january i decided to cancel my order. so i again contacted there coustomer care officer and i talked 2 them n told them dat i want to cancel my order. dey told me to send an email to at RAJA@TIMTARA.COM.
n i did dat.. but they r not even cacelling the order.they r not returning me my money. i emailed them 3 to 4 times. worse part is dat weneva i tok to their c.care presentetive they tell me that site is under upgradation so they cant check the satus of my order. nowadays they say that "i've sent a mail to cancel yor order, cant help u anymor". i mean is dis a way to treat their coustomers. ol i want is my money 1930 which i ve paid them onlyn.. guys help me out.
