I got a call from first flight courier company that i received a consignment of Branded I-Pod with Memory Card with Ref Id No. 2267893 from 100bestbuy.com, i went there and collect the consignment against the payment of Rs 1138/-, after unpacking i have surprised that there is a local made I-Pod which costs maximum Rs 200/- to 250/- damaged ear phone & a corrupted 2GB memory card, so i am requesting you to kindly look into this matter because of this people are cheating the people with phone calls and delivering poor Items.

Hello,

100bestbuy is cheating people with duplicate items. Their callcentre people called me and told that I have own products apple ipod shuffle, 4GB Sd card, a reebok watch which would worth around INR 11,000 and for courier & taxes I have to pay 1164/-. When I receive the products, the ipod is of Rs.200/Rs.300 and all duplicate accessories with a reebok watch. When I complained on this they sent me a mail to courier back the products and they will send original products. I sent the products back and they sent me the products asking for INR 1164/- again! I did not receive the products and the products are taken back by the courier. And the company taken INR 1164/- +INR 100/-(for registration) without giving me a single products.

I want this should be stopped immediately. And please take some action against this else the company will cheat people as they want.

i participate in a ipad contest and make payment of rs 99. which was refundable in case of not winning. i made the payment through icicibank internet banking, whose statement as below:

but i did not recieve my refund.

I am just surprised to saw lots of negative reviews on such a good site(100bestbuy.com). I have been shopping at this site since some time back and i haven't faced any problems. They have always given me good and timely updates even if my order is delayed and i keep getting lots of offers on what i buy.
They have pretty much every category i would like to shop online for. I'm sure there are mixed reactions for all types of services, so would suggest we each go by our experiences. I guess happy customers don't really write reviews very often or at-least maybe not as often as unhappy customers do. So i thought i had do my bit and let everyone know about some good experiences for a change.
