I bought this Elica brand chimney & stove(hob) worth Rs.19,000 on my credit card in Bangalore.
I didn't take the delivery as i didn't knew when my new apartment will get ready, as it will take at-least 1-2 months for it to get completed. I bought it in advance so can get the drilling work done.
As soon as i bought it i went to builder to ask permission for the technician to drill hole for chimney waste air pipe, the builder informed me that with my apartment i get complimentary chimney & stove.
So i go back to this dealer and he says he cannot give the money back and i need to buy something else from him, though he only sells chimney , stoves & way too expensive ovens, so i told him he doesn't have anything else that fits my budget but he is not willing to refund my money.
Though i have not even taken the delivery and delivery date was also not confirmed as my apartment is still under construction.
what should i do? I told him it's credit card transaction and he can revert the amount with one click of button. All this happened the same day.
Now i am left with 2 chimneys & 2 stove(hob).
The bill i have got is not a invoice but a purchase order without a delivery date, so it's not yet a pakka invoice.
Is there a way out. What should i do next?
