Had placed an order for 2 Glen Mini choppers from Star CJ on December 10, 2011, Order No: 20111210030856. Received only 1 item and have made several calls to them to send the second item or refund the money however in vain.

Have been given time lines such as 48 hours, half an hour 2 hours but they just fail to call back. However, would like to register the complain with consumer court for immediate action.
