I have filed a complaint of Non- working of my godrej double door fridge on 28/12/2011. one service technician visited on 30/12/2011 and diagnosed as compressor failure and informed us that it will be replaced with in 48hrs.since then no one has come to replace. Mean while i called their call center at least 10 times every time their reply is our service center person will call you with in 24hrs.
It is almost 3 weeks after my complaint.If i have the power i wish to cancel Godrej appliance license to sell their products in India. I think Mr.Godrej should be ashamed of service standards his company is maintaining.If they cant service they should replace the fridge.
I demand Mr.Godrej to solve my fridge problem with in 24hrs or replace my fridge with new one.
Other wise i will send a notice not only refunding money for my old fridge,AMC money and also to bear the cost of my new fridge i will any buy( i will never buy a godrej company product in my llife time again).
