I bought an Microtech Inverter with Two battery from Bon System Faridabad . Mr Manish has forced me to buy Surya Battery in May 2010 and promised me abt 2 year warranty but at the time of prviding the same warranty he is harassing me as much as he can. after 2 months of continues complain he collected the faulty batteries from my house and charged 500/ for that on 3/01/2012 and now not ready to deliver back or even not picking the phone as well. after continues calling I got a telephone call from him first pay 1500? rs cash then we will deliver the batteries. please guide me how I should handle this situation
