Dear Sir,

I purchased on-line BREMED BD 8000 FULL AUTOMATIC DESK TYPE BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR from Letsbuy.com for RS. 2000/=

I received the device on 03/12/2011vide order number LSB-664522 and found it faulty.
After so many telephone calls and written email to them, they collected the device on 15/12/2011 for replacement.

They deliver another device on 21/12/2011 and found that also faulty.

After that I have written three emails with the reminders for refund of money as I don’t want to purchase any more faulty devices from them but they are not replying any more.

I request you to take necessary action please.
