i purchased an auto pump controller from m/s crown-tech enterprises, 1322(13th floor), hemkunt chambers,89 nehru place new delhi 110019 on 13/1/2011. it is not working and the same has been checked by the company technician via complaint no 18 made to company on phone on 3/1/2012.since the item is under one year gurantee and three year warranty as per the warranty card issued to me. the company is refusing to repair or replacing it
