Hi,

I bought Padmini Gas Geyser from Clarison Electricals, MG Road, DLF, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon on 25th December 2011. It worked fine for two days and afterwards it stopped working. We called Clarison Electricals and they said we have to call Padmini Essentia for the service because the product is under 1 year warranty. We posted about this in facebook and got the contact of Amit (+918800104212). We called him and he diverted us to another person Sapna (+919650096101) and Sapna diverted us to another person Raju Arora(+919350211276). We called ample number of times to these above mentioned people. And every time they said Raju Arora will be coming tomorrow and tomorrow never came. Then today(4th Jan, 2012), we called Raju Arora again because he promised to come at any cost. We called him and he said that he is not coming to fix it. do whatever possible you people you can. I don't know whom to approach now. We want to dump this Geyser which costed us Rs.3200. But still hoping to get it fixed. Hoping to hear from someone (I am sure Padmini will again try to ignore it) but still hoping to get it fixed via this medium called Consumer Court.
