Dear sir/Madam,

I am using electrolux washing machine since 2 years. Please find the atteched invoice for your ref. We have taken delivery for the same on february 2009.

From the date of buying, we are facing so many problems everymonth. Please find the data from your file. You may find the complaint registered every month/Quarter. After some repairing, we have asked your engineer to replcing the piese. Yet there is no responce from your side and we are stil facing the problems.

I have logged latest call before 15 days but we have not get any responce from your side. My complaint no. For the same is pahm1105110080.

Requesting you to replacing the piece from new one to avoid legel affairs as we are tired from your services.

Your kind co-operation is highly solicited in this regard.
