Dear Sir,
I am booked A Big Tv vide order No. 111356 dt 2.102011 by your
authorised representive Mr. Kanakaraju ID: hybt 137-1406 - 7702866138
for Rs. 1499/- paid by way of cheque in your favour and cleared by the
bank, against the order he promised total one year free for all
channels as a special category. But I am not received any dish for
installation or call from you end. i am calling you on (your order
booking) No.s like 40061604/ 40138082/32903331 but these nos not
working except one ie.,40061604, i called a number of times one day
picked the phone one executive told that tommorow it will be installed
at our desitnation and taken my entire details but not yet come to
install.
I am calling a number times one day picked call i..e, day before
yesterday one of your executive Mr. Shanugam picked call tell that,
you can call at mumbai phone Nos. i.e.,022 42449961 ,42449926,
42119969 these no.s also not picked any one and I will call on
40061604 phone Mr Shanmugam promised that dish installation to be
done within 24 hours time, but none of them not installed till date.
Please how to get the connection from reliance please suggest.

I am Shashikiran and have been put up in #2213/43,4th “A” cross, 4th main,HampiNagar,Viajaynagar 2nd stage ,Bangalore560040.
My wife Smt.Bhagya Jyothi had purchased a 42 inch LG make LED TV on August-2011 and as an offer we had got a Reliance Big T.V. connection worth Rs 2000/-(Appro).The next day we received a call from Reliance service centre that they would come to our house for installation and as usual they made the installation only after 02 days.Though, the Girias company had assured that the connection was totally free to us as an offer,the service engineer Mr.Anil,who had come for installation demanded Rs 2200/- for installation and setup box No.SMYSTC40052200.My smart card No. is 200929487484.We paid the amount. Just a week passed by and on a day,the service of relay was interuppted due to some technical problem and I called up the toll free No…with a request to attend to the same. It was really hard to get the connection of the customer care and I could get the connection only after 02 days. By that time ,one of my cousin who had a bit of technical know how rectified the fault before I could get the call of arrival of the customer care service department. It was 04 days passed that my T.V. was kept idle due to interruption in cable connection of Big T.V. Though I was very dissatified with the service, I didnot request for dismissal of cable service since I had free Subscirption for 03 months i.e. upto 7th November-2011.Nearing completion of the validity period , fed up with inferior service and response from customer care of Reliance Big T.V., I got arranged for a local cable T.V. connection from a Hathway cable operator. Subsequently ,I requested for disconnecting of the Big T.V. connection when I got a call for Re-charging currency to keep validity intact from Reliance Big.T.V. Customer care.My connection was terminated w.e.f. 06.11.2011 night itself and on 07.11.2011,I again got a call from Customer care service that a service engineer would come to our house for disconnecting the cable connection. As such, the service engineer arrived very promply in the evening of 07.11.2011.During disconneciton, he told me that he was taking away the set up box of Reliance big T.V. since it was the norms followed in the company.On questioning him then as what for they had collected Rs 2200/- during installation, he said that the amount should not have been collected by the installation engineer during installation.He called up one of the Team leader of Reliance Big.T.V. company Ms.Navya.Ms.Navya spoke to me on phone and promised me that she will arrange for re-imbursement of the above amount within 12 hours if I had allowed for taking of the setup box. She gave me the company contact No. 9141360108 and also her personnel mobile No. 9141402313 and said me to call her if I did not get SMS of refund within 12 hours .Therefore , I allowed the disconnection service engineer Mr.Anil to take of the set up box and remote.When I could not get SMS even after 24 hour, I tried to call Ms.Navya on her office No. and personal mobile but my call was not received though ringing.Though my call was received twice and no sooner I said my name, the call was disconnected.I tried calling Ms Navya at least for 02 days but in vain.Then lastly, I went to the Reliance World showroom situated at vijaynagar nearer to my house.I requested that In-charge of the showroom to help me but he said that all installations and diconnections were handled directly by the Reliance Big T.V. customer care and advised to call the customer care only.After continuous call to the call centre, i got the connection to a BPO agent Mr.Muthu Raj on 17.11.2011 at 19.00hrs.I was directed over the phone to Mr.John, Team leader ,Escallation department in the Reliance Big T.V. company.While appraingin the fact to Mr John, I was informed that the amonunt collected during installation was illegal and now it will not be possible to re-imburse even if I approach any consumer court. I am having the acknowledgement copy of the cancellation form of the Relaince Big T.V. with me wherein i have endorsed the above fact in brief.I have never expected such a cheap misdeed from a reputed company such as reliance.The usually blamed corrupt Government employees are better that these country brutes. isn't it?!! They take very slightest time for installing new connection but there is always delay in providing timely prompt service during failure .The customer care department which does not have the idea how to deal with a customer should be thrown to a sea. Dear Managers of the company, please gain a common sense by providing the round the clock service portraying the toll free service as 24 hrs round the clock.Shame on your parts for such a mismanagement. I am not furious for the cause of finance involved in this but for the cause that you people cheat us in such a way even being one of the reputed company in the world bringing fame to India. Now I will definitely approach the consumer court with the acknowledgement I have with me and would ensure that you will be sued. Please donot balme if Mr.Anil ambani and Ms Navya are also summoned to the consumer court.Beware!!! Not every customers are timid as you think and keep quite while being cheated.
Dear other customers, I say, never opt for this Reliance Big T.V. service.It has the worst service I have seen in my life and people working here are very corrupt.
