    Default Complaint regarding improper service

    Respected Sir,
    I am using a Sun Direct to home DTH connection in my home.
    as i was not getting any chanels ,except sun network channels, i lodged a coplaint on30 nov 2011.From that day till today there is no follow up or contact from the company side.As i recharged my account i am loost my amount for that and lost money in making phone call for the customer care centre.So i request you to provide help in this regard.I request you to make them to compensate my loss and insulting me as anot providing any service.

    Default Reliance BiG TV is a BIG CHEATER

    Hi,

    I am a resident of Hyderabad, a customer of Reliance BIG TV. I hold following two connections.


    200929822142 & 200929822243.


    My woes started the day I took connection. This is a prepaid service, so I had to pay in advance to get the channels.

    Everytime I pay some amount, the deduction from my balance always went wrong. Just before 4-5 days before an expiry date of
    my subscription, it always happened that my account balance went to negative. Eventhough it supposed to be valid for more days.

    I have recharged 3 times, and had experienced the same problem. And when I tried to contact customer care,they could never answer even simple queries. They just keep customers onhold for ages and never come back. Utimately, I have to disconnect due to frustation.


    To explain my current problem:

    I have recharged for Rs.247 on 25/11/2011. I have a bronze pack on both my connections. for which I was being charged @Rs 8.55 per day. The per day deductions were all good till yesterday. I checked it almost daily and it was deducting Rs.8.55 per day correctly.

    My account balance till yesterday at around 10:30 AM was showing Rs.45.

    But to my surprise today it went to -23.

    This happened for my earlier recharges also.I had also recharged for Rs.386/- on 28/10/11. As per my package, my daily amount should had been Rs.8.55. It looked good till 20/11/11, then suddenly on 21/11/11, my balance went into negative.

    I called up the customer care , spoke to two guys, one person's name was Govardhan. They as usual kept me on hold for 30min,neither gave me answer to help me understand what went wrong. How it became -23? Finally they kept me on indefinite hold, I waited for 30 more min and then disconnected due to frustation.This has been my experience with the reliance big tv customer care althrough 6months.


    Since I was not getting proper response on phone, I had also written emails to their customer care department. Also spoke to the nodal officer, but all in vain.


    There seems to be some technical issue with their website.The deductions never happen properly. As a customer I do not have to login and check my balance daily to see if correct amount is getting deducted or not. But I took that pain because I was not confident about BIG tv deduction process. And it turned out to be an error, which is getting repeated for me since 6months.

    Customer care never help me understand where my money is going and why there are inconsistent deductions from my balance.They just know to keep the customers on hold and never ever provide any response.

    PLEASE SEE THAT CUSTOMERS DO NOT FACE THIS AGONY ,BY TAKING PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE FIRM.

    RELIANCE BIG TV is also working hand in hand with APPCO MKT PVT LTD,hyderabad, which tries to bring in new customers by showing them false packages.
