Dear sir,
I would like to complain against airtel dth services, for charging me for faults which are done by their engineers. My dth was relocated on a new address on 13th oct, against a complaint that was launched on 10th oct(complain no.-12559915), the engineers relocated my dth and fixed my dish antenna on the roof wall, after a span of 53days the antenna found hanging on the wall, as one of its screw came out of the wall with the antenna. Airtel forced me to pay for a fault which was done by their engineers, as they never screwed the antenna properly, by saying it came out after 53days not within a week. It is not stated in their terms and conditions also, there is no time which is specified. So, I as a costumers is suppose to pay the liabilities which happen due to fault at the companies part. Sir I want to understand the policy and if their is no such policy on what grounds they are charging me.
