Hi,


I ordered(Order Number 3000002013) a Sony Cybershot Camera battery from shopping.indiatimes.com on 20th of November.
After the payment I received one invoice in which the delivery date of the package was mentioned as 23rd November 2011.


I waited till 25th November and the package was not delivered to the address mentioned.


As there was no other option left with me, created a complaint 11227 on 25th November 2011.
One of the representative called me on 25th and assured me that the package will get delivered in 3 working days.


I am not sure but the reason behind this is also not clear.The package is still not delivered and the status is still "to be shipped".


On Monday 28th November, I called the customer care number asked them to send me an email at anjaninandantiwari@gmail.com regarding the specific reason behind the delay.
They informed me that I'll be receiving an email in next 24hours.
But I think their clock is still not showing them that it's more than 24hours now.


This is really frustrating.


Please let me know how to proceed further.
