I bought Samsung Microwave on 21st October, 2011 from "Malhotra Enterprises" in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana. I was declared the winner of samsung smart utsav 2011 and won a prize worth 25000 on 22 Oct, 2011.
I was asked to submit the relevent documents and a DD favoring Samsung India Private Limited for Rs 7500, i did all the formalities and got the certificate from Samsung with which i could buy products of Samsung worth Rs 25000 from the same dealer.
I bought Home Theatre System Model HT-C 550 (INR 14490), Malhotra Enterprises firstly refused to give me product after complaining they finally agreed to deliver the product by asking extra Rs 600 for delivery but after further complaining they somehow agreed to deliver the product. Today on 23/11/11 they delivered a product which is defective (has dents and scratches and none of the speakers work), i again called them telling the product is defective and they refused to exchange the product and said they do not have the same model in stock.
Now we are being mentally harassed by the dealer, please help in this regard.
