I had buy LG Microwave MC-8082PRR on Dated 12/09/2011(Invoice No. 3566) from

After one and half months it is creating the problems of pre-heat :
CONVENTION PROBLEM IN MICROWAVE - AFTER PRE-HIT THERE IS NO BEEP SOUND AND MICROWAVE STOP FUNCTIONALITY AND
SWITCHED OFF.
SEVERAL TIMES I ALREADY COMPLAINT TO SUPPORT SYSTEM OF LG AND TWO TECHNICIANS CHECKED THE MICROWAVE BUT
FAILED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. Now Both are not picking my phone calls even only 1.5 months completed and
guarantee of this microwave is full one year. i asked to replace the defective piece to call center guys and
they advised technician will suggest then we will replace and technician is not picking the phone nor
checking the microwave issue.
