I am SUMAT PRAKASH JAIN Sikandra (Dausa). I ordered a Car Multimedia Player on 21 march 2011 from NAAP TOL ONLINE SHOPPING PVT. LTD. and i have paid the whole amount by cash on delivery of the system which delivered by post on 18/4/2011. Due to the defected item I returned the my multimedia player to naap tol shopping pvt ltd by the courier (Air state couriers) from jaipur to their recommended address. The defected piece have got by them in first week of june. They have informed me to that they have got the defected piece.
And they said that, they will return my money in my bank account after 7 days…
After that neither I have got my money nor the new set of car multimedia player till now..
After 7 days I called in their costumer care center several time aprrox 10 to 15 times.. and every time they said that within 7 days they returned my money after that if, I called them then they will not answer properly and they just hang-up the phone all the time. I wasted more than 100 rs/- to in call them… I also warned to them that I will complained to you in consumer court and after that no reaction by them…
Now I want final justice by the help of consumer court
