    Default Complaint against Beetel's Service

    Respected Consumer court,

    I purchased a crt tv tuner of beetel in 20/1/2011.
    the product started to give the problem and i went to the services center named Accel Frontline Services Ltd. The service center said me to come after 10 days to recover the product on 24 sep 2011 but I am still waiting to my product. I called to service center many time for my product but they ask me to more wait. Now at last the services center said me that it is a fault of company Beetel who is delaying the product to replace so call them on 18001023456.
    So i call on customer care line many time but they
    took my no 9873489199 and still not giving the
    any information to me even I complaint on customer.care@beetel.in too on 10 nov 2011 and they didn't give me any information yet.


    So please give me a solution for my problem as i hope to you.

    Unhappy Complaint Beetel Service

    Respected Consumer court,

    I purchased a beetel Multimedia speaker 5.1 in 20/6/2011.
    the product Working properly but last two month remote not working I called to service center many time for service center register my complaint on 30/3/2012 service center said me am sending the remote I am still waiting to my product.I called to service center again but was said to me more wait. 18001023456.

    I complaint on beetel head mr.ankush roda mob no.9871038852 he was said am sending the remote on 11/05/2012 and they didn't give me any information yet.

    My complaint No. 12030676880010

    So please give me a solution

    Dear sirs,
    I purchased the above mentioned phone from Shop 18 30th march2012.Hardly used for 15 days it stopped working. i took it to your authorised service centre in MYSORE
    ACCEL CARE CENTRE [phone no 08214281953 mob 09945047046] vide SSC-BM-12-0027694-DW dated 20th April2012 They said touch screen is out of order and is awaiting
    replacement

    It is over45 days there is no information from the centre .I have been put to lot of inconvenience withot a phone. If i had known this kind of poor service from a reputed concern
    I would not have fallen prey for this product.Kindly see that the product is repaired or replaced at the earliest .Despite my friends advice not to go for this product I Ventured and ampaying a price.
