I had purchased a laptop , a product of HP. Recently I realized that there was a problem with my LCD frame. The problem was that it experiences thermal expansion so the frame(lid) is not closed properly. And i found that the frame was bent too much only on one side.
I raised a complaint regarding this by calling HP toll free number 1800112267 and the complaint was registered. One of the engineers from HP came to my room and inspected my laptop . he realized that there was some problem with my laptop. I was told that the case would be forwarded to higher level and would be solved soon. Now the case is approximately 45 days old. Each time i contact them to inquire the progress they tells that they would take 2-3 days to solve the issue. till know the case has not been solved. I'm totally frustrated. It is an act of customer harassment from HP.
