I bought Presitge Induction cook top model 4.0 on 4th of October 2011.till two week it worked fine but after that it malfunctioned . till now I have been to the service center twice...and I see a lot of consumers having the same problem with the same model.<br>
Also when i talked to the manager Mr. Rahul over there his response was pathetic. at first he told me that next time i will have problem he will give me replacement but when I asked in writing he denied. I also asked for some acknowledgement that ,after buying the product I have visited the service center twice, he denied that also. Then I asked Mr. Rahul to give me contact of the product manager who ins in charge of the product... he denied that also.<br>
his behavior was very rude.<br>

Also when I contacted their showroom at chandapura for exchange . at first i was told that there is no such exchange offer right now but when I argued he offered me an exchange with model no 3.0 whose price is Rs. 4000. he told me to pay an extra amount of 1300 and get it exchanged. model 4.0 is priced at 3895 , so i insisted to pay the difference. i was not given that<br>

there are a lot of people who are really unsataisfied with the product...I met a consumer of the same model on my 2nd visit to service center. he bought it on 2nd october and been to service center 5th time...there were a lot of such cases.<br>

Please help me on this I am completely unsatisfied with the product.<br>
