    Default Eureka Forbes

    I had applied for AMC from Eureka Forbes Authorised Service Center : Safety Tech Services Ph : 32162104/9223520496.

    The Receipt No is 19207880. In the Name of Mrs. Sarla Dedhia residing at 202-B, Rihan Bldg, Sheetal Nagar, Ashok Road, Kandivali East. Mumbai 400101.

    I had taken 2(two)Years of AMC for my Water Purifier Model Nova. The payment of it was made by cheque. Amount : 2150, Cheque No : 509790, Bank : Bank of Barodra.


    The service contract will be vaild from the period from 12/08/2011 to 11/08/2013.

    First complain made by me to service center on 04/10/2011 regarding the non-functioning of the water supply button.Several Complaints where been made to Service Center but no action was taken till date.

    Even the complain for the same was also give to Eureka Forbes Help Line No 39883333, but no action was also taken by the company as well.

    Email has also been send to Eureka Forbes.

    As i m not able to switch on my water purifier i have been using Bisleri Water since the day of complain. Daily 20 Ltr of water is been consumed at my place for drinking and cooking purpose only.

    Commitment from Authorised Service Center was given over the telephone that Bisleri Water Biils will be bared by them.

    All the Water Bills are been kept for the records for reversal from Authorised Service Center.

    False Commitment where been made many times by the Service Center.
