Please check below communication with Godrej.
On 29-Sep-2011, I purchase godrej Eon refrigerator for Sargam electronics rohini Delhi.
First day, I face problem of manufacturing fault in this (Leg bend problem).
On 09-Oct-2011 I got replacement but again it also having problem
But this time problem is dent marks on back side.
again I register I complaint against that (complaint no. 268030)
On 10-Oct a service executive visit to my home & taking picture of that.
But till now he has not giving me response.
Customer care gives me 3 contact no for communication to Mr. Abhishek.
9999688305,32965390,27062704.
All three no. are not in use or temporally out of service.
then i again call to cutomer care he gives me new no. 9811300105.
but i am not getting satisfaction response.
Till 19-Oct i am not receive any answer from godrej.
Anybody Please suggest me what can i do in that case.
